Expert mixologists will craft bespoke drinks featuring Roku Gin, distilled with six unique Japanese botanicals – sakura leaf and flower, yuzu peel, sencha and gyokuro teas, and sansho pepper - handpicked at their seasonal peak. Paired with delicate, seasonally-inspired bites, this is pure flavour elevated to nothing short of art.

Come alive with the seasons of Japan through a curated Origami workshop, where attendees create physical representations of choice Roku Gin botanicals with their own hands. From the Gyukuro tea leaf to Sakura blossoms and petals, this is your chance to immortalise nature’s fleeting beauty in your own creations, before you taste its freshness in artisanal cocktails made with Roku Gin. The experience will wrap with an interesting Q&A where our artist shares the stories behind Origami, its cultural roots, and why it’s become a cultural mainstay.
