The chic rooftop bar and restaurant Cal-On at the Hyatt Centric Ballygunge is well worth a visit. It has the ideal balance of Bengali, Italian, and pure enjoyment. The menu? Oh, it's incredible. The night is lively with infectious rhythms, a gourmet feast, printable pictures, and a playful vibe. They serve a variety of dishes and cuisines, including pizzas, salads, mezze spread, sushi, cheese boards, fried appetisers, and more. We enjoyed Zeylan, the whisky cocktail, which was served with paradis maki sushi and surat bread rolls. We also really approve of the Jer tequila cocktail. However, the six taps—Ambassador, Chaplynn, Ezrahh, Prinsep, Tramway, and ICH with a side of Anda paratha—were the highlight of the night.

This 19th-floor rooftop restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience a lively yet calm atmosphere. Particularly after sunset, the city's scenery is enthralling. Choose Highway, Thai Cracker Fish, and the non-vegetarian platter. These are some excellent non-vegetarian cuisine suggestions. Add a watermelon mojito, Lebanese nachos, and Panner Kurchan quesadillas too! The unusual salad bar is located directly across from the crazily inventive dessert counter, and their beetroot and scallop tikki with balsamic chutney is beyond your expectations! Don't forget to leave room for the desserts: passion fruit panna cotta and chocolate infused with red wine. The evening meal is entirely a la carte, featuring a variety of finger appetisers to share with friends and family.
