Saiko Sushi House

Another budget eatery for Japanese delicacies, Saiko Sushi House is a hole in the wall that’s India’s first fusion sushi chain. What does that mean? Think sushi with salsa. Yup! The sushi section is full of such whacky combinations that surprisingly taste good. Now obviously, it’s not authentically Japanese but they do have some ramen and sushi that passes the cut. For fusion, try Salsa Salmon Sushi and Hyderabadi-style Fort Roll. For good ramen, try Kyoto-style Chicken Ramen and for a vegan option, get the Tofu Poke Bowl.
