Pablo's, Assagao
A dainty bar for locals of Goa. This bar is cut in two halves by a kitchen. Towards the roadside, they’ve refurbished the benches of an old Goan building to be warmed up by Gen-Z and millennials of North Goa. It’s located in Assagao, very close to the Soro junction. My typical go-to order is a Kokum Urrak and mushroom fritters. Highlight of this bar is the personalisation of the space wherein they’ve put a collage of polaroids of the people who bring soul to this place. A fun gang, they call themselves Pablo’s familia and invite everyone to be a part of it.
