Baba Au Rhum

This gem in Anjuna is known for its relaxed atmosphere, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. Many reviews praise this quaint cafe for its amazing pizzas, quiches and pastries. They have aced the crust-to-sauce ratio and offer some of the most flavourful combinations. As for the vibes, Terttulia (meaning “conversation”) focuses more on food and conversations than a party scene which is mostly expected out of Goan spots.

Their wood-fired pizzas are rich in flavour thanks to their locally produced mozzarella and imported Italian flour and meats. The open kitchen layout also lets you watch your pizza come to life which is a treat in itself.

A dream child of Kritika Kaushal, a self-taught artist and chef, Diavola is a haven for both food lovers and art lovers. This art cafe and bar has a green view with hippie vibes that make it perfect for chilling or even working at. All their pizzas are made from fresh ingredients and imported meats and cheese. They use ‘00’ flour and ferment the pizza dough for 48-72 hours before kneading it. If you love art, they also host workshops on weekends. What’s more? The walls of the cafe showcase Kritika’s own art work which we think is pretty cool.
