Sushi is absent from the menu since ramen is the star here. Their udon noodles are handmade to make your ramen experience even better. What sets their ramen apart is that besides the typical clear broth, Mensho makes a rich creamy broth with almond milk; it lends a nutty note to an already umami-packed bowl. They bring you the best of all things dining with a long robata grill meant for family hang outs, a moody bar area with seating and a DJ booth and an open deck— all designed with a sense of luxury and exclusivity in mind. Or at least that's what you get when you have the fantastic Freddy Birdy on-board as your designer. The food is bougie with truffle and caviar becoming a thing of common in the menu. The cocktails are great but it's the ambience that takes centre stage.
