Indian Craft Brewery (ICB) is doing an Oktoberfest in Bangalore that’s more than just a beer-and-food festival. Antonio Rodriguez-Giralt, ICB’s brewmaster, has crafted an exclusive Fest Beer, inspired by Bavarian traditions yet infused with his unique craft flair. The culinary team has curated a German-inspired menu with dishes such as Soft Pretzels with Beer Cheese Dip, Pork & Chicken Schnitzels, Currywurst, Sausage Samplers, Belgian Sandwiches, and desserts like Weissbier Tiramisu and German Apple Cake. Oh, and during the festival period, on all Saturdays, there will be live music with Pineapple Express and Girish & The Chronicles performing on the coming Saturdays.
