The menu will feature small plates and late-night favourites that pair with beer such as Dorilocos, Elote, Cochinita Pibil Taco, CDMX Fried Chicken, Chilaquiles and IPA Swirl Soft Serve. A Taste of Himachal, A Himachali Food Festival At Quattro
Quattro, the all-day dining restaurant at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Hotel Conventions Residences, is doing 'A Taste of Himachal', a Himachali food festival. This culinary pop-up, curated by Chef Kuldeep Thakur, brings the flavours of the hills with traditional recipes and regional specialities. There will be live stations, including a traditional Siddu counter serving steamed bread with walnut chutney and one offering Himachali-style chaat. Windmills is hosting the Barmer Boys, the globally renowned torchbearers of Rajasthan’s Manganiyar musical tradition. Blending the soulful depth of ancient folk and Sufi sounds with contemporary spirit, Barmer Boys bring India’s desert music to life on international stages. The band, a trio, features Bhura Khan on vocals and harmonium, Magada Khan on the dholak, and Sawai Khan on the morchang, bhapang, khartal, and beatboxing. The band is known for their kalaams, Krishna bhajans, and celebratory wedding songs.
