Let's face it. We all need someone who can tell us exactly what celebrities, influencers, tastemakers, founders, and movers and shakers have in their Little Black Book. So, we became that person, and we’re shining the spotlight on Rashi Narang, founder of Heads Up For Tails.

HUFT is our one stop destination for pampering our fur babies with the choicest selection of pet products, be it food, toys, beddings, walk gear, accessories and much more as well as grooming services. When not curating all this goodness for pet parents and playing pet-preneur, you can find Rashi tucked in a book or travelling. We got a hold of her between all this and got her to tell us some of her favourite things.

Nicobar

'If my home could write a love letter, it would probably be to Nicobar. Their pieces are calm, grounded, and beautifully put together. Nothing flashy, nothing screaming for attention. Just thoughtful things that quietly make a space feel more like home. I love how everything feels intentional. It’s not just about what looks good, but about how it makes you feel. And that’s exactly the feeling I want my home to hold — warm, lived-in, and full of quiet joy.'

A Book You Would Like To Live Inside For A Day

The Magic Faraway Tree

'It would have to be an Enid Blyton classic — maybe a Famous Five adventure or The Magic Faraway Tree. There’s something so wholesome about those worlds — picnics with lemonade and jam tarts, solving mysteries, magical lands. Just one day of that simplicity and wonder would be such a lovely escape. It reminds me of childhood — full of curiosity, imagination, and the feeling that anything is possible with a few friends and a backpack.'

Where Would You Go For A Getaway With Furry Companions

'The hills, always. Cool weather, open trails, cosy stays  — it’s the perfect mix for dogs and humans. Rishikesh and Ranikhet are top picks — peaceful, scenic, and full of lovely pet-friendly places.'

'Two absolute staples in my home are Yakies chews from HUFT– amazing for dental health, stress relief, and keeping dogs engaged. Second is Sara’s Wholesome Food fresh– clean meals made with real ingredients. No nasties, just good food. Both are made with care, and both my dogs (and I) swear by them.'

Pet-friendly Cafés/Restaurants You Drop Everything For

Some favourites that never disappoint are Diggin in Anand Lok or Chanakayapuri. It's dog-friendly, has a garden seating and great food. Café Dori in The Dhan Mill is another one which is super welcoming, and you can even ask 'em for a pupcake. Sundays here are such a treat with the dogs.

Introduce Delhi To A Visitor With Must-See Places

'If I had to introduce someone to Delhi, I’d want them to feel what makes it special — not just see the sights, but soak in the soul of the city. A mix of food, culture, history, and those everyday moments that stay with you. We’d start with a morning walk at Lodhi Garden — peaceful, green, and full of life. Then have a warm and comforting South Indian breakfast or some parathas! Next, a quiet moment at Humayun’s Tomb — stunning architecture, but also a lovely pocket of calm. For lunch, we’d go full Delhi-style — Sita Ram Diwan Chand for chhole bhature or the always-loved Big Chill or even Rose cafe! A bit of shopping after — Janpath with a cold coffee from Depaul’s to keep us going, Shahpur Jat or Khan Market and of course, a stop at Heads Up For Tails if they’re pet people! Evening plans? Maybe a quick walk through Bikaner House if there’s an exhibit or pop-up. And to wrap up — a live gig at Piano Man, followed by dinner at Olive in Mehrauli. Good food, beautiful setting, and the Qutub glowing in the backdrop— the kind of night that lingers.'
