One thing we are counting on with this movie is getting a glimpse at the surreal cityscapes of Taipei. Another thing we are counting on is a love triangle. And probably, the third thing which we should tell you is, this is an adaptation of the YA novel Loveboat, Taipei. In the novel, Ever Wong, a 21-year-old Taiwanese American college student from Ohio, lands in Taipei to learn more about her culture, but finds herself amid a messy love triangle (see, told ya!).
